| “Ok, but how is she to work with...?” LeAnna Tuff, Bible Teacher/Speaker I take great pleasure in recommending Kitty Robbins as a Worship Leader. One thing that really stood out for me as I experienced Kitty's leadership in worship during a women's retreat was that she has such an incredible sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and what God is doing in the room at the moment; collectively. I believe this is a vital reflection of the anointing as a Worship Leader. Kitty is also very gifted as a musician. As the guest speaker at the event where I met Kitty, I was totally impressed by her willingness to be led by the Spirit in agreement with what I was teaching as wellthat is so important to the teacher and to the Word of God that is being sent out. I highly recommend Kitty as an anointed Worship Leader! Kit Kirk, Director of Women's Ministry Kitty Robbins is a gifted musician who leads worship from her heart. Her worship sessions flow smoothly leading people into the presence of God. With Kitty, worship is real and intimate. Kitty is an encourager. Whether she is encouraging others to engage their hearts in worship or encouraging upcoming musicians to apply their skills, she has a way of making people feel comfortable. She loves to share her passion for worship, and is a great teacher. As Director of Women's Ministries I have organized many events for women and have had the pleasure of working with Kitty. Kitty is reliable, humble, respectful and motivated. She works well within a team; either as a follower or as a leader. She respects authority and adheres to given recommendations, yet she is free to give appropriate and helpful suggestions. Kitty has played as part of a worship team, has led worship teams and has led worship on her own. In all scenarios, she gives her all. As a talented musician, Kitty also posesses necessary technical skills to keep worship sounding professional. Kitty's skills, talents and loving heart make her a wonderful asset to any worship team. Pastors Tony & Donna Isaacs Kitty Robbins was our Worship Leader for about two years at the beginning of Colorado Springs Cowboy Church. As you can imagine, a start-up church with two new pastors and a group of new believers was quite a challenge. Kitty was the woman for the job. Even though Kitty is not a cowgirl by trade, she put a Western sound and swing in the music that taught us all that there is a new sound for the Cowboy Churches. She taught music, she made music arrangements, taught people how to work together on a worship team. She taught sound board, lighting, and was a wonderful asset to our church. She did an incredible job. Kitty is a person of worship. No one can be around her without seeing her love of God and worship to Him. Frank Manno, Pastor Kitty is one of those rare people who can balance incredible technical prowess with unbridled creativity. She not only has a true heart for worship, but the mind to develop a structure by which worship can take place for others. I’ve been on two praise teams with her and she has proven to clearly be a very valuable member on each. I’ve also personally seen her navigate a few sticky interpersonal situations with maturity and sensitivity. As a pastor, I’d hire Kitty as my worship leader in a heartbeat.
